The wood feels nice and smooth in the hand, much better than the plastic ones I've seen. My daughter has been practicing for hours and hasn't asked for screen time once.

My grandson actually put down his tablet to play with this—the string came perfectly wound and ready to go right out of the box. The paint job on the little frog character is charming without being too childish.

The wood feels lovely and solid in hand, and the Jeremy Fisher artwork is charming without being too fragile for a kid’s toy. My son put it through some serious tumbles on the floor and it’s still spinning fine.
