Contar peixes

Our two-year-old loves sorting these by color before stacking them up, and the bright plastic makes it easy for his small hands to grip. It’s a simple way to practice counting while keeping him busy for a good fifteen minutes.

The little magnetic mouths snap together perfectly, which makes counting and stacking feel like a fun puzzle. My son has spent ages sorting the 15 brightly colored fish by color before he even tries to count them. It’s great for keeping his hands busy while we practice numbers.

My two-year-old grabs the fish by their tails and stacks them over and over, and the fact that there are exactly 15 pieces means we can sort them into groups of five together. The motor skill practice is real—she's gotten so much steadier with her hands since we started playing.
