Jeremy Fisher™ Wooden Character

The little wooden frog has such a lovely hand-painted expression, it's perfect for my daughter's Beatrix Potter shelf. The paintwork is neat and glossy, and the wood feels smooth and sturdy for little hands.

He's smaller than I pictured but that actually works better on my nursery shelf next to the books. The wood has a nice smooth finish and the little details on his fishing outfit are painted cleanly. My daughter has already claimed him for her storytime pile.

The paintwork on his little green jacket is neat and didn't chip when my son dropped him on the tile. Heavier than I expected for the size, which makes him stand up nicely on the shelf instead of tipping over.
